What You Need to Know About Housing
Bangkok has plenty of options for short-term and long-term stays. Some condos start from 5,000 THB per month, but most range between 10,000 and 20,000 THB. Landlords usually ask for a two-month deposit and a six-month lease. This can be a problem if you end up working far from your original accommodation after the course.
We often suggest short-term rentals for the first month. Hotels, serviced apartments, or Airbnb-style rooms give you more freedom to move once you know where you'll be teaching.
