This experience begins with a short tuk-tuk ride to a local Thai market, where you'll see how locals shop for fresh ingredients. The instructor will explain the history of the market and show you how to select fresh herbs, vegetables and curry pastes used in everyday Thai cooking.

After the market visit, you'll return to the cooking school where a welcome drink is served before the practical session begins. During the class, you'll learn to cook several classic Thai dishes step-by-step with guidance from the instructor.

The session is fully interactive, and by the end you'll have prepared a complete Thai meal yourself. Students then sit down together and enjoy the dishes they have cooked.
