Essential Education Staffing has been helping people teach and live in Thailand for over 19 years. We’re a trusted teacher recruitment agency and the team behind the Essential TEFL course in Bangkok.

We work with private, bilingual, and international schools across Bangkok and southern Thailand. Our teachers work with students from early years through to secondary level, and many of them secure positions at well-known schools.

Essential TEFL operates under Kidsangsan Language School, a language school fully licensed by the Thai Ministry of Education.

Kidsangsan is also an approved Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) centre (Centre No. 8927061322), delivering both our approved 120-hour TEFL certificate and the TQUK Level 5 TEFL qualification.

The TQUK Level 5 qualification is awarded by Training Qualifications UK, an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation recognised by the UK government. It is recognised by schools and employers in Thailand and internationally.

Our experienced trainer combine practical classroom training with real school teaching experience, preparing you for teaching interviews and employment in Thailand.

Essential TEFL offers two in-person TEFL qualifications in Bangkok.

Choose our approved 120-hour TEFL certificate or the TQUK Level 5 TEFL qualification. Both courses include practical teaching experience in real Thai schools and are designed for people starting their teaching career.

The TQUK Level 5 TEFL qualification is awarded by Training Qualifications UK (TQUK), an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation recognised by the UK government. It is a regulated Level 5 qualification that prepares graduates for teaching opportunities in Thailand and around the world.

You do not need previous teaching experience to join either course. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet our English language requirements.
