Maths and Science Teaching Jobs in Bangkok
We are hiring native English-speaking teachers for Maths and Science roles at respected private schools in Bangkok and Pak Kret, Nonthaburi. These are full-time teaching jobs for primary and secondary school teachers who want a stable school role, better salary, and full support with the visa and work permit process.
We are currently conducting interviews and demo lessons. The 12-month contract begins in April, May, August and October 2026 depending on the school and position.

What a Maths teacher should know
You may teach primary or secondary classes depending on the school. Teachers should be able to explain concepts clearly and build confidence step by step.
- Number skills, arithmetic, fractions and percentages
- Algebra and simple equations
- Geometry, shapes, measurement and graphs
- Problem solving and logical thinking
- Data handling, statistics and basic probability
At secondary level, some schools may also expect confidence with quadratics, ratio, functions and basic trigonometry.
What a Science teacher should know
Science teachers should be able to teach general science clearly and make lessons practical and engaging for students.
- Biology topics such as cells, systems, plants, ecology and the human body
- Chemistry topics such as materials, states of matter, elements and reactions
- Physics topics such as energy, forces, motion, light and electricity
- How to present experiments and demonstrations safely
- How to connect theory to everyday life
Secondary roles may include separate Biology, Chemistry or Physics content depending on the timetable.
Requirements
You must meet the following requirements for a visa and work permit:
- Native English speaker
- Experience teaching primary or secondary students
- Bachelor’s degree in Maths, Science or a related field preferred
- TEFL certification
- Passport from the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa
- Clean criminal background check
- Age between 24 and 45
